Millwheelers PTFA

Who are we?

The Millwheelers are a group of parents who organise fundraising activities to help Millbrook Infant school.

What is the money used for?

All the money raised goes towards the fun extras that enhance your child's education.

Previously, these have included:

  • A new stage
  • Library books and furniture
  • Reading books
  • An outdoor classroom
  • iPads
  • Whiteboard steps
  • Contributions towards the school's trim trails
  • Book bags for reception children
  • Parties, discos, movie nights and other events!

How is the money raised?

We organise various activities such as Christmas and Summer fairs, classroom quizzes, personalised Christmas cards and gifts - we're always open to new ideas.

How can I help?

Without new parents the group will not be able to continue raising funds. If you are able we would love to see you at our evening monthly meetings or if you cannot make them, any help at our events is really appreciated.

Get Involved

The next Millwheelers meeting will be the AGM and will be held on Wednesday 28th September at 7.00pm in the School Staffroom. All parents are welcome.
